The audit deliverables range from reporting on statutory compliances to enhancing the clients business, financial and operational performance. Our advisory service deliverables are based on gaining an understanding of clients’ query, thorough research on the subject, in-house threadbare discussions on all possible solutions, considering myriad options, application of knowledge and past experience on the issues and providing an informed opinion on the query.

We hold office as Internal Auditors of various companies including listed companies across diverse sectors. We also provide consultancy services to our corporate clients basis the specific requests from the management from time to time basis.

We have conducted various due diligence reviews for our clients from investors’ standpoint for takeover bids and PE financing. Also we conduct diligence for specific areas like Tax, process / operational or Information Systems, depending on the needs of the clients.

Apart from above we are also assisting Resolution Professionals to carry out administrations in companies under IBC, 2016. The firm partners are also playing roles on the request of Big Four firms in assisting resolution of companies.
